VAT: BG204708010. This policy covers this paid landing site. The main Lexis website is https://www.lexis.solutions.

If you use Google advertising or analytics cookies, Google also processes some data as described on Google’s Business Data Responsibility site.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we process:

• Name and email address
• Your project description
• The page and campaign parameters (UTM) you came from

When you visit the site we may process technical data (IP address, browser, device, referring URL, and pages viewed). Advertising and analytics cookies load only after you accept them. See the Cookie policy.

Why we process it

• Contact form: to reply and take steps toward a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Hosting, security, and remembering your cookie choice: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel): consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and ePrivacy). You can withdraw at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use processors who only act on our instructions:

• Vercel — hosting and delivery of this site
• Make (EU) — contact form delivery to our team
• Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC — Analytics and Ads, if you consent
• LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company — Insight Tag, if you consent
• OpenAI OpCo, LLC — ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel, if you consent

Some providers are outside the EEA. Where that happens we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept up to 12 months after last contact unless a project continues. Cookie choice is stored for 180 days. Analytics and advertising cookies follow each provider’s lifetime (see the Cookie policy).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email info@lexis.solutions. We respond within one month.

You can complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria (cpdp.bg) or your local EU supervisory authority.

US state privacy rights
